Hello my name is Christine, And was dignosed with ocd 2 years ago, i am on 100mg of medication at the momement but my symthoms are gettin a lot worse, Like repeating things contamanation light switching in out of doors, shouting out words and swear words And i am really stressed out with it and iz gettin me dowm. Please help it be so nice to spk to sum1 az im going desperate...

i havent got ocd but i constantly check that ive got everything before i leave the house etc.

im not a good expert at it (infact im not an expert at it) but just remember we are here to help

On the links page from the home page there are links to specialist OCD sites who may have more experience than we do here, but it sounds like you need to be having some behavioral therapy as well as medication to counteract the OCD.
