hi everyone thanks for all the help you have all given me i just wonderd if any lives near me (i live in basingstoke and work in reading) with the same kinda problems i think i have health related anxiety and seem to get a lot of anxiet for no reson my doc is not much help to me, please pm me or leve a message

I'm just down the road in Hook. I get panic attacks and anxiety. But today have posted a success story as I've had quite a good week.

One of my successes was travelling the A33 (swallowfield bypass) to Reading and back. For some its easy, but for me it was a major achievement.

My driving is great, its the road I'm on that causes me the problem.

What sort of anxieties to you have?

Hi all,

I live in Alton and work in Hook and would be interested to meet new people and share stories etc.

I had my first session with a CBT specialist on Tuesday and have been feeling a bit miserable since.

I suffer with phobic anxiety and panic attacks, with a dash of depression for good measure.

We must all keep positive and we'll get there in time!
