I've made an appointment to see my doctor, because I'd really like to find out about therapy options, although I'm not at all keen to go on any type of medication.
My anxiety is not severe, but it is something I would like to deal with - it goes up and down so much, sometimes (like now) I feel alright, and then sometimes it completely cripples me.
I'm just really worried how to explain it to the doctor without sounding like I'm wasting his time - when I imagine saying 'I feel anxious' it doesn't sound like a very good reason to have taken up his time!
Does anyone have any experience with this?
