    No panic attacks for 3 days in a row

    Im really pleased with my self, i havent had a panic attack for 3 whole days. i had 2 days of no-stop tests and didnt had a panic attack, nor today (well, i was off school). i hope i do the same tomorrow as i have made up with a m8.

    the tests where fine, its just that my bum hurts from sittin on a hard chair for 2 days in a row for ages, and ages and ages.

    I expect you mean a Heaf test . It's to check whether you have ever been exposed to TB in the past. They get a pinprick and then watch and see over the next few days whether you react to it. It may get red and raised and thats ok . Based on the results of that - decides how effective the TB jab is for you.

    cheers meg, i knew ya were the best person to ask about tb stuff. so i may not need a tb jab, but i may need it.
