    Hi,
Thank you all so much for your replies, you are right about acceptance and i try but its so hard to accept sometimes and drags you back down.
I guess im just being impatient with recovery. Lets face it i wont get better overnight after 6 years of suffering.
I have taken some positive steps recently, im starting an OU course in march and i managed to get into the town tonight.
I will try to just get on with my life and hopefully my anxiety will get left behind somewhere along the way.
I think i let my anxiety be the centre of my life. Its all i think about and focus on so im just gonna try and ignore it for a while.
Not easy but im gonna try.
Thanks again and i wish you all luck with your own struggle.
    Take care
    Poppy

You are doing okay. You went out and are starting an OY course. What's that by the way? Sorry if Im being dim.

Anxiety can take over your life at times, It's dreadful when it gets to the stage when you can think of nothing else. You have to keep distracting yourself and, as you say, try to ignore the anxiety symptoms. It's easier said than done, but somehow if you keep doing things the habit of anxiety lessens a little.

    Take care everyone

Dont mess up the best things in your life, just because at present you are unsure who you are.
