I have not felt dizzy for about 2 weeks. Am scared to say it, in case I bring it on, especially as I am having a bad day today and its possible it will come back.
The only thing I have done differently is to read Claire Weeks every night before sleep and using meditation tapes
Your joy is your sorrow unmasked.
And the selfsame well from which your laughter rises was oftentimes filled with your tears.

Typer, I too have been reading a fantastic book about mastering anxiety and I have had a week without dizzyness. I have paniced all week that I should not think about it incase i 'Bring it back' but I think relaxation really does help me especially meditation. Well done you should be very pleased
I have gotten rid of my dizzyness after it was constant for 9 months 24/7 . The Freedom lasted about 3 months ( hadn't felt that good in over 1 year and half), but now i got it again. ****
