    does anyone else do this

    Hi.
    I have recently started this weird habit of chewing or sucking in my gum by my bottom lip. this is to the state where it s stuck to my bottom teeth???? WHAT IS THIS ?I. know jaw clenching is a side effect but this is strange.I have no other effects so much now. Any ideas please??

    i always do this with gum, for some reason it makes me feel secure knowing i have it there? im not on meds just been doing it since my anxiety got bad....mega weird!

    Its nothing medical or dangerous, just a habit like biting fingernails or chewing on long hair, so best not to worry.
