    Panic with white coat syndrome

    Hi,im 31 yrs old and i suffer from panic and anxiety attacks,im also 6mnths pregnant at the moment and am very worried about the pregnancy as ive ad some problems so my anxiety is going through the roof,but im also extreamly scared of going my docs or especialy a&e i dnt know why but my heartrate just goes sky high to about even 160bpm and no matter what i just cant seem to calm down aslong as im in there and it really worries me coz with being pregnant i av to go my docs a lot and i ended up in a&e the other nite with my anxiety but like i said when i was in there my pulse just races,i feel really bad and down about myelf coz i know its my fault why my pulse goes this fast but i cnt seem to calm it down,does any1 else suffer from this,as ide really apprecaite some advice coz i dnt know wot to do anymore.

    I am in exactly the same place right now (but not pregnant!)

    I have tried to analyse why I feel so anxious but just being in that environment terrifies me. When I am at home I can calm myself down eventually, but when I am in medical setting I often have to get up and just walk out. I hate feeling like this.
