exercise ecg found ectopics on recovery

On the treadmill my heart responded okay but on cooling down there were ectopics i saw them on the chart and the cardiologist confirmed it but said they were benign. I read that ectopics post exercise isnt a good predictor and now i am worrying myself senseless. Does anyone know why i would have had them after i stopped exercising?
