Butterflies in stomach and i can see my heartbeat in stomach???

Evening,

This is my 9th day on Citalopram and i have had like a tickling feeling in my stomach all day? Is this a side effect or is it anxiety taking over?

I have had a quite a fast pulse today aswell and can see my heartbeat in my stomach is that normal?

Heartbeat in the stomach is perfectly normal - I get that too and there are quite a few posts on here about it.
