The 'non cold' is still the same. It's strange because the shiatsu therapist said she had the same thing at the weekend. I think it must be a different virus that's going around.

Hopefully my progress in the group sessions will be enough to secure funding for further treatment with my review being due I think.

I think you've made so much progress in all areas, there should be no doubt that you have improved enough to secure more funding and if they disagree they will have little sis to answer to or maybe even a rasp wielding Piglet! Lol.

Piglet - Just been thinking about the 'Flying Without Wings' song suggestion and the lyrics really encompass what I've been working with K on - ie finding a way to meet my needs within myself. Have you listened to the lyrics:
