It's not letting me on!

I got onto chat last night fine, but today it's not letting me go on. It keeps saying I need java and I have that I even downloaded it again but it still tells me I need to get it! I have restarted my computer a few times as well but nothing still. Any idea what I can do? x

Try clearing your browser chache. If that doesn't work try a different browser like firefox.

Hiya,
I managed to download Java to get on to the chat room-was try ing to chat when my computer crashed. I have taken it back off again. I was warned it could harm my compter,and it must have.It is back on after about 6 hours.OR it could have crashed anyway,so I might try todownload it again in afew weeks. see what happens.

Java would not harm your computer if you download it from a reputable site.

If your using certain browsers like google chrome , when you download anything you will always get the message " this type of file can harm your computer .. are you sure you want to download" http://www.java.com/en/ is a trusted site and downloading it from here will NOT harm your pc .. download from this link .. you might want to change web browers . i was having problems with internet Explorer but now i stick to Google chrome, i dont have any problems ..
