I'm exactly the same. Daily I suffer from really bad gas (I take charcoal capsules which help this), nausea, lower back pain, pain all across my lower abdomen which ranges from period type pain to stabbing low down on right pain, fatigue etc. Have had full blood works which are all normal (apart from a raised esr level), stomach pressed and Dr couldn't feel anything abnormal. Chest xray which was normal. I won't have an endoscopy because of my vomiting phobia but Dr doesn't think it would show anything anyway
