    Counsellors

    Hiya;

    Does anybody know how I can find a counsellor/therapist in my area? My GP wasn't very helpful!

    Thanks. xx

    Hi Basha

    You could try the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy or the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies.

    Thanks for that, I never would have found them otherwise as I'm still new to UK. I actually rang somebody and I'm meeting him next Friday for my first appointment. Am a bit nervous, but am really looking forward to getting to the bottom of all of this and getting better.

    Thanks again xx
