    kava

    Hi all

I have just ordered some Kava from the net.

    Anyone else use it?

I did try it few years ago, and did ease my PTSD.

Dave I have to say was the best ever thing for my anxiety but I thought it was banned at present while they were looking into possible health implications.

    Meg any advice here??

It is banned yes but they can't stop you buying it off the internet.

I think it had some effect on the liver.

3 people who took kava died of liver failure. It transpires these people could also have been self medicating long term with alcohol... There was an investigation ongoing.

    will do trevor,,

I have tried kava before when you could readily buy it in H&B,

It did work then, has a real anti-anxiety, relaxing feeling, but not making you mentally drowsy.

I will take a few over this coming weekend,

Could do with one now , am at work !
