Alternative medicine program.

I watched the BBC2 programme last night on alternative medicines as this week it was herbs they were concentrating on.

Towards the end they produced a list of herbs that have been proven to help through various scientific studies.

St Johns Wort was top of this list and during clinical trials beat traditional anti-depressants hands down.

Am sure there is some info on the BBC pages about this program but just thought it might help people who were maybe hesitant of prescription or manufactured synthetic drugs.

Personally i have been taking SJW for about 5 months and find it a help, I don't get any side effects from it which is a blessing!
