It took me a good 6 weeks to feel any better and I was still anxious after 3 months so my Dr increased dosage to 40mg and feel so much better now. Still have odd moments or days when I'm a bit shaky/lightheaded but nothing like I used to be, hate even typing that down, feels like I am tempting fate :-) Good luck with the Omega, I also take something called Inisitol, which I think I read about on here and other vitamins. All the best to you.

Glad you are feeling so much better now Jannie. I am still working towards the light at the end of the tunnel and it's a little bumpy along the way but sure I will get there eventually. I'm already taking mulitvitamins but I'll look up about Inisitol. All the best to you too

Sorry Els for taking over your thread with my problems

I used to eat melons all the time and I just suddenly went off them and I have to say when I was eating a few slices a day I wasnt as stressed as I am now!
Perhaps I need to start liking them again, especially nice and cold out of the fridge on these too hot days.
Also heres a recipe...not that I advocate drinking!
One yellow melon and puncture a hole in it, pour in a quantity of vodka and place in the fridge, use within 24 hours. As a non drinker I havent tried it but I have been told this is very, very yummy!!!

I love melon, especially honey dew. Will definitely start getting some in regularly!
