    Me too!

    I actually discovered I have vertigo proper (bppv) and had an epley which settled it down but that was the easy bit!!! Dizziness is very very common, in people who are not anxious as well... but anxiety will make a very (normal) bit of dizziness feel terrifying and then the depersonalisation and disassociation set in...

    I am having a bad bout of it at the moment, I feel like I'm on board a ship and every now and then feel like it's hit an iceberg! It's horrible, but I've had it before and am trying to hold on (literally!) until it passes!

    It's good to know I'm not alone!
