I have had severe heartburn for 2 years,to scared to go to hospital to have the cammera put down,my hubby saw on The net that 3 items in your shopping basket could cure you of it,but he had to pay about £8 to get the info which was:- Take Manuka honey 3 times a day,eat fruit chewing gum 30 mins after a meal,drink a glass of warm water after each meal.
That was the best £8 we ever spent I HAVE BEEN FREE FOR TWO WEEKS NOW BUT YOU MUST KEEP AT IT FOR A WEEK OR TWO.

I also suffer with bad heartburn due to having IBS, I now take Lansoprazole and this has helped me a great deal.
