    Mother non understanding

I have a few phobias and I don't know what to do anymore as far as my Mother/daughter relationship goes. I live at home with my parents and my mum doesn't understand how diificult life is for me with my phobias and I feel she is non understanding, as she says its all in the mind.

Have you sat down and talked to her about the problems atall?

    What does she say?

Perhaps she could read some of the stuff on here to help her understand.
