Emetophobic and having fears of plane ride!

I am not afraid of puking myself, but I am terrified that the person I will sit next to will start to feel sick, and have to puke. I know there is air sickness bags, but still, someone getting sick next to me will terrify me. If this does happen, what should I do? I have to fly in a plane next month and I am worried about this happening

Im sure u will be fine, because most people who know they get sickness on planes will take some anti-sickness tablets!

Take something to distract you.
Try and book a window seat, that way u dont see loads of ppl around u like u wud on an aisle.. so u can kind of hide!
Take a CD player, if u cant hear whats going on around u then u wont be waiting to hear the noise of someone being sick.
Look out the window... so you're not even looking at anyone on the plane.
