seroquel 200mg xr pm ------ weaned down to 150mg-------now 100mg------ 50mg---------NONE-----back on 50mg

I have had close relatives with cancer and I am a cancer survivor. I wish I had this book when my father and SIL had cancer because I didn't know exactly how to help. This is the perfect book for friends and family members who want to help but don't know how.
U need to jog outside. U know enjoy the fresh air. U should have well balanced diet and lay off the fast food. and u have to check ur calories. Remeber 2500 calories we should eat in one day. Also remeber b4 u jog for 30-45 mins u should stretch.
