first one is 29th july. 7pm at the Sacred heart church in Fareham.

Im definitely there, have popped the date onto my calender!! Be good to get as many people there as possible!! I found group therapy amazing when i had it during CBT sessions, it really does help loads talking to people who are going through the same thing!! C u all on the 24th July x
