So scared is this IBS or some thing way worse

most likely just IBS i had blood in stool which freaked me out and it turned out to be mild crohns and not cancer which i was worried it was............all part of the ups and downs of life!

Thanks for all your help it has put my mind at rest a bit as other pople has had the same symptoms i will just try and relax and hopefully it will pass on its own but we will see.

Hey there bazza,
I could almost have written your post, experienced just about the same as you all since Easter and on and off before, but because it didn't seem to settle this last time, boy did I stress....
So same as you, bloods, specimen and because of a family history of my dad having colon cancer and my iron being slightly low referred to a consultant, saw him only last Monday, to have a barium enema - lovely, but he said he didn't think there was anything sinister - low and behold, it's all stopped! Until the next time I guess, now convinced it's anxiety that starts it all up.
I feel very happy to reassure you!
