Hi Yvonne

I just wanted to say thank you so much for your thread over the last year - when I was hitting a rough patch I read it religiously every day!

I suffer with anxiety (I have suffered from Depression in the past), and am on Sertraline for it, and also seeing a Psychological Wellbeing Practioner, who is helping. I'm going to be starting CBT which I hope is really going to help!

I'm so glad you are feeling so much better, and thanks for writing this!

Whoops! I'm so sorry Jannetje (if you are still reading!) as I missed your post and this is quite a bit later. Thank you so much for your positive feedback and I'm glad my thread has helped you some. And I hope you are doing okay now! I've started up a new thread about coming off citalopram - hope to see you there.
