Having Emetphobic panic right now, please comfort :(

I am in a hotel room with my family, and my mom is in the bathroom getting sick. I am really terrified, and putting in music makes me more nervous for some reason. I am really scared and shaking. I feel nervous which is making me feel sick. What do I do

perhaps try removing yourself from the situation? go and sit on a wall outside for a bit maybe?

I totally understand how you feel!
I was stuck in a hotel room last year with a friend who was throwing up and i litterally lay in bed with my fingers in my ears crying!
I agree with Danath- maybe remove yourself from the situation!

I am probably gonna go sit outside on the balcony that is a good idea. I was sitting under a desk with my earbuds in listening to music and crying last night. Right now, I am good, not scared because the room is quiet and nothing is going on
