the first night in 18 without nightmares,up with the larks,mowed the garden,strimmed the bits you cant reach,a good tidy up,a full asda shop,
my body feels warm and safe after some pain relief and not coiled like a cobra about to strike itself.my wife and i laughed our way through last night together,and today is a joy.
