its day 18 of citalopram The depression has gone ,but still feel anxious.Yesterday was great then today back to the dizzy lightheaded feeling.Is it normal to have a bad day after a few good ones .Its got me thinking again that i have a brain tumour or some other awful thing .Anyone else get this?:

It's normal to have a bad days as well as good ones i'm on day 42 ish and felt really down and irritated past 2 days I think it's because i have PMT right now but still feeling rubbish never the less.

Different meds can take different times to get into your system and for you to feel the benefit. If things don't get better just go back to your GP and let them know how you're feeling.

Hi I take Citropram and have been oin them for about 9moths but only on 10mg and I have bouts of feeling dizzy and very lightheaded.
