Emetophobic and I am terrified atm!

So, as I posted before, I was with my mom in a hotel and she was sick and puking. Well today my grandma started puking (we are at home now) and we have also concluded that she has the flu. I am scared that I am gonna get it as well. I am currently locked away in my room, any ideas as to prevent sickness further?

Try to calm down - just remember to do the whole hand washing, bleaching thing!
I had the flu a few months ago and felt sick but i never was!
You're more then likely feeling sick because you're panicing about it!
You will be fine!
Ginger and pepto bismol always help nausea!
Maybe take a bath to relax a bit? Or a shower? that always calms me down!
Theres these tablets you can get called Buccastem - they're actually for nausea and vom**ing associated with migranes but they work like an anti - emetic and stop your sickness !

hi. You're going to be okay. Earlier this year I had a similar problem and in the end I was fine. Just remember to keep washing your hands and tell your mom and grandmother to do the same. This will help stop germs from being passed on. It is possible that they both ate something that didn't agree with them or that it's just a coincidence that they both vomited. Just try and relax and get this off your mind, maybe watch a movie or TV? It's very likely that you are just feeling sick because you are worrying about it, I have had that happen to me before. If you are really worried take an anti-emetic or some tums or something similar like that. I'm sure that you will be okay.
