I clicked on the bigger box that said I think it was open here to prompt it and then cancel and when I first joined and did that I got the pm but not now don't know if I'm missing anything lol. Tried earlier when I had a pm off another member and clicked on open in new window but still got the same error message.

I'm positive I'm not blocking pop ups for NMP don't know how to do that lol.

Ok when you click on read it now and in new window do u get a new window pop up with it.

That's right I clicked on new window and no pop up appeared in a new window.

danielled if you send someone a message and they send you one back do you still have the same problem or are you able to open the window?

ok if no window appeared you are blocking pop-ups on NMP as it should open a new window.
