scared i have stomach cancer please help me!

hi there!

i've been googling cos i'm not sure if i have gastritis or stomach cancer!

my pains are in the upper abdomen, i feel sick and absolutely bloated when i've had my dinner at night! my hubby has pressed my tummy when i am laying down, and i'm gagging!

i also get little twinges in my upper abdomen too they are next to my ribcage (not below) on both the right and left side and can happen at the same time or separately!

i have occasional burping too but it's this horrible full feeling and feeling sick that worries me.

i had gastritis before and it was like this but these little twinges are worrying me - is it just trapped wind?

i've been taking cemetidine but it's not doing much good and last time it shifted it!

i've been crying so much and feel sick even more with worrying.

please can somebody reassure me xxx

first calm down ,it does sound as you have a lot of trapped wind also on top a tummy bug ,,i agree it can scare you if had cancer you would have lot more symtoms ,so get that out of your head ,my tumalwas upset its one of the smtoms with anxiey x

I have acid reflux and a hiatus hernia and these are the exact syptoms I get. The two things are nothing to worry about. Loads of people have it. Your probably best booking a appointment with your gp as he can give you meds to help.
