This is horrible, I am panicking right now because the fact that she is getting sick, and I am terrified that I am gonna get it, I was in the room with her all day until she started feeling sick.

Try not to worry! I think its very unlikely that you will catch anything by just being with her before her symptoms got too bad.
Is is the normal flu she has or a stomach virus?
If its the normal flu...it is very unlikely that you will catch it from her, and even if you do, the odds of you being sick are small! =)
