internal bleeding worry

does anyone sometimes worry abt internal bleeding but it migght acutally be anxiety symptoms?

if so, why do you get those feelings ?

i feel like a sweating feeling only it not outside of u know what i mean i'm ok now though but i jus wanna make sure.

me doc says im a naturally anxious person anyway lol...

I think you would be very ill indeed if you had internal bleeding.

I think that you would be very ill if you had internal bleeding and it would be obvious to those around you that you needed medical attention.

It's just another fear created by anxiety popping up to scare you.
