    feeling really low crying very anxous n nevous had enough of feeling like this

    dOnt nowhat to do my head in a right old mess crying nervous anxous how much longer is this gonna last im so worn out !dont no how im gonna feel from day to day got no ambition i used to get lots of things done in one day lucky if i can one done .been of cits 6weeks from 10mg to none i no this was wrong didnt think i was gonna be this bad please help
