Well done you! What an achievement! It is such a good idea to have a list, no matter how small the achievement. Even though my list is pretty pathetic at the mo, lol....go out for a walk, eat regularly today, have you had a good night's sleep? As I said, not an impressive list, but I do feel good when I tick those off, and I do know the things on the list will eventually get more impressive, like what you just achieved!
