I am doing the big fun run this year..October at Mote Park Maidstone and whilst I am running for a breast cancer charity I have decided that I will wear a NMP tee-shirt to give me some strength ... I'm sorry that I have not opted to run for a Mental Health charity but after my scare I really feel that I should run for them..

However folks for those of you runners the big fun run has lots of venues and various charities to support.. and if anyone is doing the one at Mote Park...let me know and you can look out for me in my tee-shirt... x
