emetophobics help me!

my friend wasnt at school today.
i asked her why and she said she was sick a few times but nothing to sick up just water, then she told me she was ill monday early hours.
she didnt go to school today (tuesday) and is now coming back, but she was sick today aswell a few times, but water.
and shes coming back tommorow help me!
what do i do!

just because she was sick doesn't mean you will be too. does she know about your phobia?
i'm actually doing some research on phobias - what would you do if you did catch a vomiting virus off her? if it's too distressing to think about, don't worry about answering it

she does know, and she says she will stay away from me :L
ill take my handwash thing, and dont let her breathe on me :L
she says she thinks it something she ate, but i think she just saying that, i'll stay away from her, but she sits next to me in english! :/

Hey,
This is always horrifying for an emetophobe. All you can do is try not get too close to her, wash your hand really well (30 seconds soap and warm water is the key ) and look after yourself. Eat really healthy if you do not already. Vitamin C is great for immunity, oranges, capsicum, apples, carrot. You can drink those Yakult things too if that makes you more at ease.
