I've read a lot about Inositol and thinking of giving it a try.

Can anyone recommend a good place where I can buy it cheaply?

Anyone tried it and have any experiences they can relate?

I have read about it in many books. It is in fact a B-Vitamin and you need to take a LOT to benefit from its anxiety reducing effects. You can buy it from holland and barrett, but the amount you may consider taking may make it very expensive in the long run.
