(Embarressing) Reoccuring Diarrhea
I eat and sleep well but im very weary of my 'stools' all the time trying not to gross you out..
But my digestion isn't very good theres still alot of visible food there and every now and then i'll have diiarrhea!
:( Im worried i could have swine flu or a bad virus which isnt going away ive completed an anti biotic course so whats going on?
im new here i hope somebody can help me.

Antibiotics are notorious for causing upset tums.. Try a probiotic drink to replace the good bacteria.
This is penicillin i was taking so you are probably right but i was getting these.. 'troubles' just before taking the course.
