Hi everyone!
I am new to this website and am finding it helpful, but I keep hearing about Claire Weekes. I would like to get one of her books, but she seems to have quite a few and was wondering which ones people found most helpful. I have been getting anxiety & panic attacks for 5 yrs and have developed agoraphobic tendancies that have got worse over the last few weeks (following a scary panic attack) so any book you think may help would be great. Thanks!!!

Hi Kirsty
I would recommend her first 2 books which are 'Peace from nervous suffering' and 'Self help for your nerves'. I found them to be the best as she explains everything so well.
