1st Day on meds

Hi all

Like a lot of folks I've been putting off starting the mess due to anxiety. I've really suffered on and off for about 7 months. There were times when I thought it had gone on it's own however my job has been a big influence on my pangs.

Today I took the plunge after reading all the good and bad things and only on 10mg

I've felt quite weird for the 1st few hours and I keep yawning and my jaw clenches. I'm really hoping that do good and help sort out my life

Just wanted to say hi and share
my experiences. I hope to get through the first week then up to 20mg

Hi Jon .Well done ..Sounds about right so far .Take a tip from me hun and only up again when the side effects have eased off .This varies from person to person .Hopefully by the first week you will start to feel a bit better .One day at a time till then .You will get plenty of help and support to get you thru .All the best .sue x

Haha oh god I know how annoying the clenching jaw is and yawning

Looks so ignorant when you yawn when talking to someone.

But don't worry it does go but it will probably get worse before it gets better

I feel pretty spaced out tonight. Bit dizzy but it's no too bad. My main issue is I have a very hungry stomach, been like it all day and I've eaten. It's one of my main anxiety symptoms and it's very annoying!!
