I'd go crazy without a reason to get up in the morning.
Don't believe everything you think.
Don't be afraid that your life will end, be afraid that it will never begin.

I work full time as a Support Worker - I hate being at home with my thoughts all day, even though I do find work hard because of anxiety, I’d rather be busy than sat with my thoughts at home.
I've tried freelancing recently doing software development jobs. I can't handle it so at the moment I don't work. I'm always learning new things though which I think is a positive.

I have always worked full time despite my lifelong anxiety issues. It is not easy, especially at this time working from home, but work is one of the only ways I feel connected to society so as tough as it can be, I have to keep doing it, otherwise...I might not ever get out of bed or leave the house.
