tight throat

Hi,

has anyone got any tips for a tight throat, also seems to be alot of muscus/ salivia stuck at back :(

Oh god, ive suffered with a tight throat for bloomin years now. I keep getting it on and off nowadays.
I find a warm drink can help a bit.. just remember. It wont last forever..

Have some hot herbal tea with honey and lemon. Warm drinks soothe the muscles in your throat and lossen it up a bit, and the hot water will reduce the mucus/saliva. And the lemon and honey just taste really good, and the lemon gives you lots of vitamin c

Sometimes sucking on a throat lozenge or a piece of candy or chewing gum can help.
