Did anyone watch that t.v programe last night r Gillian Mckieth - You are what you eat?
Basically this lady suffered bad PMT and anxiety and so they sent her blood of for screening at the LAB,her results came back that she was very low in magnesium ........which they then said would be causing her anxiety.
I have been taking for the past 2 weeks a seven seas hormonal vitamin tablet which contains: Magnesium/zinc/B6.
Does anyone know how long it takes to build up in your blood ?
Also the programe doesnt say where we can have our blood screened for these deficiencys (which i would love to have done).....does anyone know where ?
Another tip : Curly kale has lots of magnesium in it naturally.
