    Hello from hertfordshire

    Hi there,

    Just joined yesterday and thought i'd introduce myself properly. I'm 28 and single mum of 2. I've suffered anxiety for around 6 years now and more recently developed panic disorder which i'm trying to get over slowly. I'm more of a health anxiety sufferer, which at times can be hell on earth but i have come on leaps and bounds from when it started .
    Everyone on here seems like a nice bunch, and after all, we're kinda all in the same boat so looking forward to hearing from people and getting good ideas and advice on coping etc......
