hi, i mental think that there is always something wrong with meat, like its not cooked properly or been frozen wrongly or somethings like that. i also think that when some one has touched raw meet, i always shout and say wash your hands beause i think i'm going to get food poisining from it.

so i became a vegetarian to try and stop me worrying about getting anything. i then realized that i couldn't go with out meat. so now i hardly eat any protein so my periods dont come often , and is i do eat its always crisp or chocolate.

i have tried vegetarian tablets but then discovered that i cant swallow them.

please can anyone help :'(
