I relate to a lot of what you wrote I feel the same as yourself at times, I have found on this journey that we gata to be strong and that happiness is the anti-doteto panick attacks. be strong girl and put all the positive things in to practise and enjoy life cause you are worth it and no one else will do it for you thanks for sharing karen
