When I used Dr Claire's work (about 2.5 years ago) she was very nervous about the internet and did all her business was by telephone and Mail order.

If I remember rightly, it was about £8/ tape and I can't remember how much the video was.

She is also a recovered sufferer.

i reccomend gettingself help for your nerves first. all are available from amazon.

for more detail and more on agraphobia , and for actual case studies "essential help for your nerves" is great.

as for the tapes, i have them but they are borrowed, i will ask the girl were she got it though.

you will love them. keep them close to you for they will be like a bible.

I like Self Help For Your Nerves also. Should be compulsory reading.
The audio tape is also worth getting in my opinion.
I bought the video as well (through Pacific Recordings which is the only place to get it, as was stated earlier). The video was about £35 if I remember rightly. It puts together a series of programs that Claire did for a daytime BBC UK series called "Pebble Mill at One" which some of you will remember. It deals with an agoraphobic / OCD lady who is cured in the end. It's ok for organaisations but I wouldn't advise it is worth it to individuals. I watched it twice in the end. Better to get more audio tapes at about £8 a pop I reckon. I think she did 3 or 4 in the end?
