I'm having a little 'issue' right now - i have been fine for a while and keeping everything at bay but right now, i'm experiencing strange sensations mainly in my left arms/hand.
I absolutly dont think i'm anxious - i've just returned home from holiday and got back to work- but the feeling i have in my arm and hand is bothering me.
The only way i can describe it is when you wake up with a dead arm, and the feeling is back in it 90% - it's been feeling like this for a couple of days.
I'm also getting little sporadic shooting pains in my finger tips.
I know this can be caused by anxiety but i really don't feel anxious. Any suggestions?
