Hi just wanted to say it is 1 yr today that i joined NMP and it was the best thing that i did for myself to help with my anxiety/panic .It has not always been easy but I am getting there at last , just knowing that there where other people suffering and i was not alone helped so much .At the begining i was a little wary of chat it seemed so fast and so i watched and slowly joined in and got loads of help and fun in chat also giving so words of comfort to others I hope has helped people on their road to recovery .
What a rant but really i wanted to thank all the people on this site for helping me cope through a very lonley and difficult time Thank you
